Methodology: Center of Gravity (CoG) computes the demand-weighted mean of coordinates, minimizing total weighted squared distance. The Weiszfeld algorithm iteratively solves the Weber problem, minimizing total weighted Euclidean distance. Both are standard in supply chain network design (Daskin, 2013; Chopra & Meindl, 2019).
